Week 6
Overall, week 6 was pretty much a repeat of the last couple of weeks, but I did get a chance to install some of the power pole connectors that I purchased, so I should be able to more easily deploy my radio mobile in my car, connecting it to my desktop power, and finally, when I connect to my battery. I added them to my two project VHF/UHF mobile radios and to my Xiegu G90.
Notable or Interesting Contacts
I have decided to add a new section to my logs here, and I will simply mention any interesting, unique, or rare contacts I made this week.
I don't really have any interesting or notable contacts this time around. I had a few digital contacts with Spain and one with Portugal. My only phone contact this week was actually a POTA activator in Arizona who had a VE callsign from Canada. Not especially exciting, but when there isn't much that was super unique, I figure even a little interesting is worth mentioning.
POTA Activations
This week, I did not conduct any POTA activations. I plan to get back to it during week 7, so hopefully this will help get things back on track.
